*To APPLY: EASY! 1) INDIVIDUAL APPLICATIONS begin as as we get your group's GROUP REGISTRATION FORM in... and we have a bunch of in now. If yours is not in pester your group leader or call Tom. 2) LOG-IN or Get a "New LOG-IN ID" [above] and proceed through our very brief Encounter APPLICATION. 3) PRINT the Completed form and get a Parent to sign. [If it prints 'blank',simply log out, & then log right back in & then print again] 4) Turn in completed Forms and $ to YOUR Parish & Checks made out to YOUR Parish. 5) YOUR Parish Group Leader sends to Forms to Encounter. 6) Get Medical Appt. & Medical Form in by late June.
