Planning Meetings:
Those parishes/groups wishing to participate in Encounter 2011, leaders are required to attend most planning and at least one formation meetings:
Planning meetings are held Thursdays, 7 PM @ St. Jane de Chantal in Bethesda:
February 17, March 10, April 7, May 12, and June 16.
Formation meetings for all adult chaperons and leaders:
TBD - May, and June
Encounter Service Camp - July 10 - 15, 2011
Young Adult Retreat - July 9, 2011 ( required for any young adult aged 18 - 20yr wishing to attend Encounter - no additional cost)
Group Reservation:
Parish/group leaders must reserve space for their persons with a $100 deposit per person. Individual registration depends on this
group reservation.
Individual Registration: begins February 1
Every participant must complete a registration form. Only individuals whose parish/group have completed a Group Reservation will have access to register. Please contact your parish/group leader to confirm your reservation. Registering on line does not guarantee a spot at Encounter.
